Always Crashing/shutting down

The app always crashes whenever I scroll down in my gallery to upload one of my arts. I have done this several times and thought that maybe its just one time but, Ive done it like 20 times already yet, the app"always/everytime" shuts down itself.

Please fix this problem or I wont be able to upload arts.
